The new iOS 11.2.6 update fixes the Telugu character bug, that we reported a few days before. If you're near your computer, you can simply connect your device to iTunes and download via the iTunes desktop app however, if you're going wire-free, simply follow the instructions below...

Apple started rolling out iOS 11.2.6 that was exclusively released to deal with the Telugu bug, which crashes iPhones and iPads. Pushing out iOS 11.2.6 should help put an end to that.

Apple has said it's aware of the issue and plans to fix it in an upcoming update, but the issue has proved to be particularly problematic on Twitter. To do this, they need to head to the Settings app, then click General.

Apple has rolled out a new software update for iOS devices.

The bug also afflicts other third-party applications, such as Gmail and Outlook for iOS. After revealing that they were slowing down older iPhones, Apple found themselves on the receiving end of some seriously negative PR - mainly due to the lack of transparency regarding the issue.

The update weighs 163.2MB, but the update size depends on the iPhone which you're using. As expected, the potentially serious nature of the bug hastened Apple's response, allowing the issue to be addressed before the next full point releases of each OS.

watchOS 4.2.3 - The watchOS 4.2.3 update holds no surprises, just a fix for the Telugu bug. You can check the security update contents of macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 supplement update from here.

In this software update, it includes everything from App Store to tvOS. Click on Continue and wait until the update automatically installs on your device.
