Nick Gordon Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges Again

Darin HammondMar 12, 2018

She went on to say Gordon had pulled her hair and "stated to her that he should make her wreck the vehicle". He claims she attacked him for no reason, and that she was "crazy".

Leal refused medical treatment and declined to press charges.

Deputies said Leal, however, had a slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood.

After they returned to their home, where she said they've lived together for the past six months, a verbal altercation ensued.

The officer arrested Gordon based on Leal's injuries and her statement, the arrest report states.

On Saturday, Gordon, 29, was arrested on a domestic violence charge in Sanford, Florida.

He was given a bond of $500, along with a due date to appear in court on April 6. He was accused of beating his girlfriend in June 2017, but was not prosecuted.

The pair told DailyMailTV in October that they had reconciled with Leal saying she had been the aggressor in the incident.

Bobbi Kristina died in July 2015 at age 22 after being in a coma for months.

This isn't the first time Gordon has had a run-in with the law concerning domestic violence.

It's still a high-profile moment, though, for a man who has now been charged repeatedly with domestic violence even years after the fact that he was found to be legally responsible for Bobbi Kristina's death.

Brown told Rolling Stone that the wrongful death lawsuit wasn't enough and he wanted to see Gordon punished. "That's just how I feel", the singer said.
